I am now Certified in TMJ Massage & Buccal (Interoral) Massage) to help better support my clients with TMJ issues, jaw pain and tension and all of the concerns that connect to TMJ such as earaches, headaches, neck tension, face tension, nasal congestion, difficulty chewing food, jaw popping and more. This advanced technique works the muscles from both outside and inside the cheeks to release deep facial tension, sculpt the face naturally, stimulate lymphatic flow, and enhance circulation. Perfect for those who experience jaw tension, clenching, TMJ, or desire a natural lift and glow. This unique massage supports nervous system regulation and emotional release stored in the face and jaw — leaving you feeling lighter, more relaxed, and visibly radiant. What to expect from this treatment? It will include neck massage techniques as well as massage in the face & jaw area -both externally and internally, When doing the buccal massage, I will wear latex-free gloves and gently massage out tension in the cheeks, where the jaw meets inside the mouth & lip area (hello natural lip-plump!!). You do not have to have TMJ to book this treatment, as it is beneficial for everyone. *Buccal massage can feel slightly uncomfortable as we hold a lot of tension in this area, and our facia is often tight, therefore impacting the lymphatic flow in this area.
