This service was birthed out of the thought: "What would I love to experience when I lay on that massage table?" ... and in the answer, I found that every Reiki and energy healing session I had ever gotten over the years, as beautiful and transformative as they were... I always left craving more physical touch and the bodywork element in the sessions. I knew energy healing could be taken up a notch for others like me -- who crave the somatic/touch element for healing and clearing. I knew I could intertwine modalities to create something truly unique and allowed our nervous systems to sink in even deeper. With my expertise in nervous system regulation, massage and holding space for others; the Soul-Glow Healing Session was created <3 My Soul-Glow Healing Session combines multiple modalities to create a transformative experience that looks at healing the mind, body and spirit. Every session is personalized to meet your specific needs for the day, while always including a mixture of bodywork and energetics. This Service Can Include: --Restorative Bodywork: Facial, Head/Scalp, Neck and Body Massage, Somatic Movements and Breathwork --Light, Colour and Sound Therapy --Reiki Energy Healing --Chakra Balancing and Energetic Clearing/Smudging --Intuitive Guidance which can include (BUT CANNOT GUARANTEE) to cover topics such as health/wellness tips, nutritional or supplement guidance, messages from loved ones who have passed, messages from your spiritual guides and/or higher self surrounding career, relationships and overall wellness. **IMPORTANT: The messages that come through from your soul guides will ONLY be the ones you are ready to hear and for your highest good.
